During EA’s press conference at E3, they revealed the newest titles in their NBA and Madden series with NBA Live 19 and Madden NFL 19. We’ve got a new look at these titles, as well as some information on their upcoming release including release dates and more.
Let’s start with NBA Live 19. First up, NBA Live 19 will release on PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on September 7th. When the game releases we will get to play through the career mode “The One” once again, from NBA Live 18. Players will spend their time traveling around the world to create the perfect basketball team. We’ve even got a shot of Allen Iverson appearing in the trailer, though there’s no word on what role he will play in the game yet. I’ll be interested to see how the new animations and smoother gameplay will change the game. Looks like we will have a vast number of available cosmetic items as well so let’s see how we will obtain them this time around.
Madden NFL 19 was also revealed. Madden NFL 19 will be released to PS4 and Xbox One on August 10th, with improved graphics and animation as you can assume. The game will also introduce new ways to train and develop your players and build your roster. As mentioned during the press conference, Madden NFL 19 will be releasing on the PC for the first time in a long time, and it will release on PC simultaneously with the PS4 and Xbox One versions. The game will come in both standard and Hall of Fame editions.
