WB Games, along with TT Games have officially released our first look at gameplay footage from the upcoming LEGO Jurassic World video game.
Much like other popular movie-to-Lego video games titles like LEGO Lord of The Rings and LEGO Star Wars, LEGO Jurassic World allows players and fans of the film franchise to relive and play out key moments and story-arcs from the first three JP films released thus far (Jurassic Park, The Lost Worlds: Jurassic Park and Jurassic Park III) as well as pivotal scenes and moments from Universal Pictures’ upcoming film, Jurassic World. Gamers will have a chance to explore the Dino-dominated terrain of both “site A” – Isla Nublar, as well as Isla Soma aka “Site B” (where The lost World & JP3 took place), in LEGO form. Also of course, gamers can expect that injection of trademark slapstick humor only LEGO can bring.
Speaking about LEGO Jurassic World back when the title was initially announced, Tom Stone, Managing Director of TT Games stated,
“As ardent fans of Universal’s Jurassic Park films, we are thrilled with the opportunity to finally bring LEGO dinosaurs to life for the first time in a video game in LEGO Jurassic World. Imagine playing as the ominous LEGO T-Rex, roaming the grounds of Isla Nublar, smashing LEGO bricks and battling with other dinosaurs – this game is bound to bring out the kid in all of us.”
LEGO Jurassic World, developed by TT Games and to distributed by WB Games, is currently scheduled for release in June for PS3, PS4, PS Vita, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Wii U, 3DS and PC.
