Paladins is a 5v5 free to play multiplayer shooter which released in September of 2016 which gained a lot of popularity over the last few months.
Paladins has quite a few similarities to the game Overwatch but we can get into that another time. Today we are here to talk about Paladins attempt at going mobile in the form of a Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA) called Paladins Strike. If you have ever playedVainGlory on Google Play or the App Store then you should have a pretty basic feel of how Paladins Strike is going to play.
It does seem quite faithful to the console and PC shooter with many characters returning each with their own abilities. Your goals and objectives are generally the same as well: hold a point on the map and shoot enemies until they die.
Paladins Strike is being made by Hi-Rez which is the same team that brought us the first person MOBA known as SMITE.
If this sounds interesting to you, sign up for the alpha on the official site right now. They will be adding testers in waves over the upcoming weeks. There are currently 15 heroes but the developers are claiming to add more characters, content, skins and more like they did with Paladins on PC and consoles.
