With the delay of Persona 5 hurting our hearts and cancelling out Valentine’s Day plans, AtlusUSA has released a new Persona 5 trailer detailing combat, gameplay options and interactions between the main cast. The best part is, it’s in English for the impending Western release, so we get more video and action of the English Persona voice cast as they travel through one of the dungeons!
While the video does some some footage we’ve seen before, there’s new life breathed into these scenes with the English voice cast and the fully voiced trailer.
The trailer shows off combat, Persona negotiations, an explanation of the dungeons being referred to as the palace, gaining and wielding multiple Persona’s, baton passing, and more of the amazing user interface. It’s a cool update for fans who haven’t delved into all the available material and a great introduction for newcomers as to what they’ll be getting into.
The trailer shows off the first palace, Kamoshida palace. The same palace presented in the 2 hour live play-through.
It’s the little things that keep us floating on until the latest release date of April 4th.
